How It Works

Each week we feature local Colorado and organic ingredients in creative, healthy meal combinations. We cook.  All you do is heat at home - no prep!

Choose exactly what you want each week (if anything) from the online menu available each Thursday - Monday at 10am. There's no minimum order or subscription commitment. Everything on the menu - mains, sides, desserts - comes separately so you can mix and match in unique ways to suit your own diet and schedule. 

Place your order and choose any of our pick up sites or home delivery to receive it.

Our team will whip up your for you after the menu goes down and have it available that Wednesday or Thursday depending on the pick up location you chose. 

We put the majority our meals in re-usable mason jars or compostable containers.  Return the jars when you're done. No wasteful packaging! We value both your health and environmental health. (They're connected!)
