Enlivening Carrot Soup with Orange & Ginger

Nourishing and vibrant soup!  Delicious warm or cold. And so smooth and silky, and you can't help feeling a bit cleansed and invigorated by the hint of orange mixed with the fresh carrots. 

Flavorful enough for adults and mild and smooth enough for kids (see one happy customer licking the last bits off his soup spoon below).

Featuring sweet organic carrots, organic ginger, organic onion, organic celery, organic fresh squeezed (by us) orange juice, organic garlic, organic fresh bay leaves, olive oil and Real sea salt all simmered in water (pH balanced, filtered.)

Pint or Quart.  A Quart serves 2-3 as a main, 4 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

Freezable in straight-edged mason jars (no curved shoulders like on quarts) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container.

Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat or defrost first in fridge overnight.
