The Best Tuna Salad with Pickles and Dill


Irresistible made-from-scratch tuna salad.

It's got a bit of tang and spice from pickled cucumbers and some bite from organic radish balanced with just the right amount of our housemade creamy mayo and bright dill. Bursting with flavor!

Wild caught (with pole and line) tuna fish we toss with our housemade olive oil mayonnaise*, crunchy organic radish, pickled organic cucumbers  (with vinegar, organic garlic, organic dill seed), organic celery, organic fresh dill, organic red onion, organic parsley, fresh squeezed (by us) organic lemon juice, and Real sea salt.  

Great for lunch on your favorite bread, on a bed of greens, or straight out of the jar.

I, Susanna, also enjoy this tuna salad baked like a casserole. You can also add your favorite cooked noodles then bake at 350 if you're feeling like a warm, rather than cold, dish.

*We make our mayonnaise with olive oil, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic mustard (mustard seed, organic raw apple cider vinegar, sea salt), organic fresh squeezed lemon, and organic certified humane eggs.
