Vibrant Thai Pork and Veggies

A fragrant and enlivening way to eat your pork that's gratifying without being heavy. The show stopper is the fresh mint we add at the end.

We've based this recipe on a vibrant, traditional Thai salad called Laab.   We cook pasture raised local pork with Real sea salt in olive oil, stir in pulsed organic cauliflower and thin slices of organic red onion and organic cabbage, then infuse with freshly squeezed organic lime juice and a dash of organic coconut aminos.

We finish it all with refreshing organic mint.

Quart or Pint. Quart serves 4 with sides. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

Freezable in straight-edged mason jars with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat.
