German Potato Salad with Optional Smoked Salmon

We toss tender organic Colorado yellow and/or red potatoes with our housemade vinaigrette made of thinly sliced organic red onions, organic white wine vinegar, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic flat leaf parsley, fresh ground black pepper, a touch of mustard (organic apple cider vinegar, mustard seeds, sea salt) and Real sea salt.  

Add optional wild Alsakan smoked salmon to for a hearty meal.

Quart or Pint. The Quart serves 4-6 as a side 3-4 as a main.  

Price includes $1.25 jar deposit. 

Freezes well, though we suggest heating after freeezing. Can be used as a base for a one pot meal with your favorite protein.

Freezable only in straight sided mason jars (no curved shoulders like on quarts).
