January is a perfect time to detox from the holidays. If anyone wants to join me, I am beginning the #Whole30 on January 2nd. (I make an exception for raw, unfiltered honey.) The #b2bkitchen menu items will fuel the process. The current menu includes Pork Burgers, Rack of Lamb, Parsnip and Potato Soup, and Beet Salad which fit this program.
