Cheers to Inside-Out Healing December 31 2015

January is a perfect time to detox from the holidays. If anyone wants to join me, I am beginning the ‪#‎Whole30‬ on January 2nd. (I make an exception for raw, unfiltered honey.) The ‪#‎b2bkitchen‬ menu items will fuel the process. The current menu includes Pork Burgers, Rack of Lamb, Parsnip and Potato Soup, and Beet Salad which fit this program. Cheers to eating ‪#‎realfood‬ in 2016 and healing from the inside-out!
