Planting Seeds December 05 2015
In Lansing, MI, a friend and I visited a restaurant and I ordered lamb sliders. From watching the Chef's Table and working for #b2bkitchen, I have been learning to become more curious about the food I eat. Here is my conversation with one of the cooks...
Me: "Where is your lamb sourced from?"
Me (Thinking): "Ugh!"
Me: "Are the animals conscientiously raised?"
Cook: "I think so."
Me (Thinking): "Ugh"
Maybe I was a part of planting a seed that will help him become inspired to discover these answers himself.
