Day 199 - I'm A Human! November 15 2015

That's me on the right! My long time friend Carolyn Bremer is the magic behind the Facebook page Humans of Denver, CO, and I made the cut! We had a blast at the ‪#‎broncos‬ game. We attended last year, too. My ability to manage the ‪#‎ptsd‬ symptoms was much improved. I had plans for contingencies and talked through my potential triggers. Praise God!
