Day 65 - The Core Program July 03 2015

I love ‬#Crossfit. It is basically an adult jungle gym and obstacle course combined. My goal is to be able to rejoin my tribe and workout. I am rebuilding and redefining my overall fitness from the ground up. I have been doing the Core Program 15 minute workout for the past week. At first it caused great fatigue, but that is improving. I can already feel the difference. This is a good step.
