Day 175 - Liquid Gold October 22 2015
Chef Bri had recommended that I make chicken broth cubes in an ice cube tray. I store 2 quarts of them in a gallon freezer bag. Now whenever I need just a little chicken broth to thin out some soup I am heating up - bam! Or make rice - tada! It's a long way from homesteading, but it is a tiny step closer toward healthiness. Progress not perfection.
