Day 81 - Tortoises and Recovery July 19 2015

Sometimes, I think I am the poster child for co-dependence. I seem to be as slow as a tortoise to learn how to have boundaries and take care of myself. I am grateful for all those that have flipped me over on the road to ‪#‎recovery‬.
