Day 129 - Migraine Update September 06 2015

The intensity and incidents of my ‪#‎migraines‬ have dramatically been reduced. I, now, take a caffeine pill in the morning. Evidently, I don't drink my coffee quick enough. Of course, there are other factors like not enough sleep, too much sugar, shoulder/neck muscle tension, and stress. Thanks to this blog, I was able to discover this simple aid.
