Day 11 - Cravings May 10 2015

Eating ‪#‎realfood‬ has an amazing affect on my mind. I realize I have choices. I don't default to my cravings. I sopped up all the leftovers from the gluten free Creamy Arugula Pesto Lasagna with a toasted piece of potato bread. I didn't stuff my face with 5 pieces of bread...just one and done. It was like having a yummy appetizer at the end of my yummy meal.
