Day 36 - Note To Self June 04 2015

I did a little emotional eating last night. I was very frustrated and was spiraling downward. Compared to past experiences, I didn't over-overindulge which is progress not perfection. Refined sugar is just not my friend. I have a ‪#‎migraine‬ this morning. Maybe I was going to have one anyway, but it is definitely worse than it would have been. Note to self... Next time be MORE gentle with myself and reach for good things instead of feeling desperate.
